Requests for copies of records under the California Public Records Act need to be in writing and either mailed to the Santa Barbara School Districts (720 Santa Barbara Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, Attention: Barbara Keyani) or hand delivered. California Public Records Act requests may also be transmitted to the school district by fax, 805.962.3146, although that method is less reliable than mail or hand delivery.
