Parcel Tax Measures A2012 and B2012
On Tuesday, November 6, 2012, residents of Santa Barbara voted to approve an elementary
education parcel tax for the purpose of providing quality education programs to more than 5,500 students
served by Santa Barbara Unified School District (SBUSD) elementary schools. Residents of the Santa Barbara Unified School District also voted to
approve a secondary education parcel tax for the purpose of providing quality education programs to nearly
10,000 students attending local junior and senior high schools.
